Official Web site of Punjab Education Commission Stopped Working

Today 31-March-2012 was the day when thousands of students were waiting for there results and trying to get connected with the Punjab Education Commission Website for getting there results and mark sheets but at the mean time the web site stopped working. This happens often to the official website of education departments when there are some important results and people have to suffer in getting the result.

The government is paying good salaries to its employees and there is always a network supervisor and other staff to run the website. But the employees are sleeping at the mean time when people of pakistan required to visit the site it is stopped.

Many people protested against this situation and demanded that necessary action should be taken against such people who wasted the time of the people.

There is more important thing is that private site are showing results and there system and website are working properly that mean that some official involved in this activity who gave results to private websites and closed the official website which created problems for students in getting results.
Your favorite website http://rawalpindi-education.blogspot.com also got the result from private sources and uploaded it to the some good servers so that you can easily download it from this site you can check this from the below post. congratulations to all students of middle 8th and primary 5th result 2012

Some important news for federal government (FG) Schools Students

First news is regarding Books of 9th class for the year starting from 2012. I have already notified in this website of http://rawalpindi-education.blogspot.com that books of punjab boards has been changed and these books have arrived in the respective schools of tehsils for further distribution to schools.

A number of students in this regard contact asking whether the books of FG schools will be changed or remain same the answer of this question is that the books taught in the FG schools are all prepared by punjab text book board. This means that the FG school student will also study the new books.

FG Schools students will also study new changed books from the year 2012. And there paper will be from these new books. I will try to upload the contents / books for this purpose if possible.

How to pass practical exam tips / tricks for passing practical examinations 2012 - 2013

For Question no. 1 and 2 students have to perform the practicals as well as to write the performed practical as it is in answer book sheet. But it is strongly recommended to the students whether they can perform the experiments or not they should learn it by heart so that can write easily on paper because most of the examiners / superintendent prefer written work instead of performed practical so if you can't perform experiment but can write it then hopefully you will be passed and another important thing is viva voce if you performed good in viva voce then you may get good marks on viva voice base.
I will try to upload at least one practical paper of latest pattern as soon as possible. The major subjects in which practical involves are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science (CS), Electrical Wiring etc. Remember that usually Physics practical are necessary to be performed because easy and appratus is available in the science labs so try to perform these experiment. And Biology and Chemistry experiments are usually written based so try to learn by heart and remember. I will try to upload the papers as well as famous questions in these subjects and guess papers.

Practical Examination for matric class 9 & 10 (part-I & II) Detail 2012 - 2013

It is compulsory for the science stduent to pass the practical and theroy examinations seperately. Presently Punjab Education Boards which include rawalpindi board, lahore board, bhalwalpur board, gujranwala board
toba teh singh board, multan board and all other boards of the provincial government of Punjab take the the practical examination of matric class science students 9th and 10th class at once (combine) after the
theory examination of matric. There are no practical for 9th class instead the practical exam held only in matric. But so far as it is concerned with the Federal Board / Federal Board of intermediate and secondary examination before the year2012 it was same as the process of Punjab Education Boards once in after matric class 10th but from this year 2012 now to onwards there will be separate practical examination of federal board in both classes 9th and 10th. That means student have to appear in the practical exam in 9th and 10th.

RESULTS OF PEC MIDDLE AND PRIMARY 2012 - 2013
According to press release Punjab Education Commission (PEC) will announce result of middle class 8th / primary 5th class on 31st march 2012. Usually Punjab Education commission announces the results according to the announcement. The papers of middle 8th class and primary 5th class has been checked and
lists of results have been prepared but there is still no news about the publishing of Garnette and mark sheets / results. The papers of pec usually remain of very high standard above the student level because government has to show the improvement in the education standard but actually these examinations are not improving the standard of education because cheating is very usual in these examination. There are certain cases where papers were solved by the teachers in examination centres and at some centres teachers themselves solved the paper of each and every students. The government should reconsider this system to improve it and to control cheating cases. Another important thing is that teacher who prepares these paper should keep eye in all students of the province and standard of papers should be for average students.

PEC made middle and primary examination compulsory

This will be a very special news specially for the private schools candidates and teachers that Punjab Examination Commission made it compulsory for the public and private schools students to appear in the examination of primary and middle held under PEC. This decision was taken by PEC after special instructions from the Chief Minister of the Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, who is taking many steps in improving the educational standard of the the the students of province of Punjab. The main reason for which this was to check the ability of the students on same standard. A number of methods were applied by PEC in preparing the paper pattern of these examinations but mostly these got failed. The papers usually remains out of standard of students and comes out of the syllabus or course. But the CM Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif is committed to correct all the problems in the educational system of the Punjab. Some solid steps has already been taken in this regard which includes the free books and no fee for the public schools of Punjab. It is also informed here that the students participating these examinations either from public or private schools will have to pay no fee for anything like paper or results card these facilities are freely provided to the students. After this decision private schools will specially be effected as there was no criteria for passing out the students from the middle and primary level. Latest decision has made a sense for this and also now the private students will get admission in government sector or public sector schools only by giving the proof of that they appeared in middle standard or primary standard examination of PEC and passed the respective examination otherwise they will be unable to get admission in government sectors schools. There is still a gap in this regard that is the private students can still appear in matric class examination held by different boards of Punjab which make this decision a little deficient. But it seems that there will also be some improvement in this regard in future.

Cheating cases in different centres of Punjab Education Boards

A number of cases has been reported regarding cheating in different examination centres of the Punjab Boards for matric examination part-ii class 10. A certain numbers of cases has also been reported where staff conducting examination was pressurized to involve in cheating and allow candidate to cheat in examination. However, the honest staff denied. And later the management of private school who tried to pressurized the examination staff used their approach and changed the staff but the the superintendent and other staff boycotted against this decision of the board and decided to not join the new centre. This seems a great deficiency from the management of the board that instead of supporting honest staff they are supporting the cheaters. The famous school of Rawalpindi gaining positions in board was involved in this case and was buying the position for their school. This is very confusing for the students who worked hard and the cheaters are getting the positions. The students demand a honest system of examination.

Training of newly inducted / recrurited educatiors 2012 - 2012 in Punjab Scholl Education Department

The Government of The Punjab taking solid steps for enhancing the literacy rate of the Punjab province. In this regard the PML(N) government has took many solid steps. First of all the medium of Punjab government schools has been changed from Urdu to English. Which will make government schools students to compete with the other private and modern school. Keeping in view the modern era of computer The Punjab Governemt also provided the computer labs with IT teachers. The computer / IT labs provided by the government are very good and fulfill the modern necessities of learning for example a high speed DSL with printer and high speed computers were provided. Another step in this regard was the establishment of Kids room for primary class students.

The government is also well aware of the fact that teachers have a key role in enhancing the literacy rate and for the said purpose government is appointing / recruiting / inducting new teachers / educators. From the last 3 years the criteria for the selection of teachers has been changed and more and more concerned over the science is being put. Now all the teacher were inducted are at least science graduate. Even though there is complication as the criteria for ESE, SESE and SSE is same graduation with science subjects. That mean for the people who have graduation can apply for all the above posts there is no difference in the criteria keeping in view the scale difference there should. It has also been noted that mostly the teacher inducted this year are M.Phil or enrolled in M.Phil so this is good change that will bring good people towards education / teaching career.

The training for newly inducted teachers throughout the Punjab is being held and for this purpose experienced teachers are appointed as trainer. The training was mainly held at district levels however, for the convenience for teachers specially for female teachers training at Tehsil level was also started to facilitate the candidates. At Tehsil level training was held under the control of DTE's (District Teacher's Educators). The merit policy was very strict this year too keeping the professional and academic qualification of the candidate a Pre-Merit list was prepared. Then after interview and computer skill test and final selection was made. However, this year a little change was observed that was emission of priority form that was for facilitating candidates. A number of candidates could not attend the training due to late arrival or these candidates were not informed which seems a little problem from the admin side. Admin of Education department should taken necessary steps to facilitate the candidates which could not reach at time as they all were selected from the strict merit criteria.

Anyhow the induction of new science graduate teachers will change the old trends of education and will help improving the literacy level of the country.

Notification / Approval of ultility allowance for federal / punjab govt. employees

A number of news are being circulated about the utility allowance. At first the news regarding utility allowance appeared in the leading newspaper of the country like nawa e waqt stating that the provincial government of the Punjab has approved the utility allowance for th its employees which later on proved false. Secondly it is also being said that this allowance will be admissible to only Teachers and Paramedical staff of the Punjab. But still no fact in this regard appeared or no notification or hard copy received. Certain sources are saying that this allowance will be admissible from the January 2012 and some saying about February 2012. Another news in this regard was that this allowance will include in the salary of the employees from the July 2012. Anyhow no official statement came in this regard.

Now another news is also in circulation that federal government also approved the utility allowance to it employees from the February 2012 and notification in this regard has been issued some sources are also giving the notification number but no copy / hard copy was seen by anyone.

Lets see what government decides. As the government employees are taking this news very seriously because the rates are increase day by day and the purchasing the common life goods is going beyond the common man approach. Furthermore, this budget is also very important because this will be last budget of the present government after this budget new election will held. So people are hoping a good last budget from the present government. The coming budget for the year 2012 - 2013 is very important for the people of Pakistan as well as for the democrative parties specially for PPP and PML(N).
